Chronodesk proudly partners with Infosec Advisory Group as its dedicated cybersecurity advisory firm. Infosec Advisory Group is an international information security consulting company founded in 2006, focused on bridging the gap between identifying cybersecurity issues and implementing practical solutions. The partnership helps keep Chronodesk's unified SaaS platform – which integrates project management, service desk, and CRM capabilities – aligned with recognised security practices and compliance standards.

As Chronodesk's cybersecurity advisor, Infosec provides advisory and audit services. The Infosec team specialises in implementing and auditing frameworks such as ISO 27001 and SOC 2, and advises Chronodesk on aligning its own practices with them. Chronodesk is not certified against either framework. Infosec also advises on data protection regulations such as GDPR and South Africa's POPIA.

Additionally, Infosec conducts regular penetration testing (Red Team assessments) and incident management exercises (Blue Team) to proactively identify vulnerabilities and fortify Chronodesk's defenses.
